Diane Strand
Serial Entrepreneur · TEDx & National Speaker · Best-Selling Author · Nonprofit Founder · Business & Marketing CoachDiane is a multi-award-winning executive producer, television host, and founder of the nonprofit JDS Creative Academy. With more than three decades in television and media, including work with ABC, NBC and FOX, she has built a career centered on storytelling, innovation and impact.
She created two California curriculums in digital media, one for adults with developmental disabilities. A passionate advocate for inclusion and workforce development, she is widely recognized for launching meaningful careers for mainstream individuals and those with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Scott Strand
Serial Entrepreneur · Director · Best-Selling Author · Business & A.I. CoachScott is an award-winning industry professional with more than 30 years in film, theater and television. As a director, camera operator, editor and master acting coach, he brings a deep understanding of performance and storytelling to every project.
Known for connecting with and elevating talent, he mentors performers at the nonprofit JDS Creative Academy he co-founded. Together, Scott and Diane have launched many careers and grown many businesses.
